Ten Thousand is seeking an experienced Technical Design Manager to lead the development of premium apparel for both Men’s and Women’s lines, focusing on fit, innovation, and detail.
Responsibilities
Lead technical design and development for apparel
Own the fit process from block creation to final approval
Translate design intent into technical packages
Partner with Design, Product Development, and Factories
Develop new product concepts
Own fit sessions and resolve technical issues
Manage graded specs and fitting instructions
Collaborate with pattern makers
Maintain solution oriented mindset
Requirements
8+ years of apparel technical design experience
Experience in both Men’s and Women’s apparel
Activewear experience preferred
In-depth knowledge of construction, fit and fabrication
