Job Description

Perion is seeking an experienced Head of Programmatic Marketplace Development to lead the evolution of their global programmatic monetization strategy across Open Web, CTV, and DOOH. This role involves building and scaling Perion’s marketplace ecosystem, owning strategy, revenue, and partnerships with top DSPs, and driving growth of auction and curated marketplace packages.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute global Programmatic Marketplace Strategy
  • Lead design and scaling of auction package offerings
  • Own revenue for open auction and curated marketplaces
  • Identify growth opportunities leveraging technology and data
  • Act as senior lead for strategic DSP relationships
  • Collaborate with SSP partners
  • Negotiate marketplace partnerships
  • Partner with Product, Data, and Yield teams
  • Guide Yield Optimization and Technical Integration teams
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales
  • Represent Perion at industry events
  • Stay ahead of emerging marketplace trends

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in programmatic advertising
  • Proven success scaling programmatic revenue
  • Strong network with major DSP and holding company stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of auction mechanics and DSP buying logic
  • Excellent commercial acumen
  • Experience managing multi-channel strategies
  • Exceptional executive communication skills
  • Based in New York City
