Perion is seeking an experienced Accountant to provide accounting support to the finance department. This role focuses on accurate reconciliations, journal entries, US GAAP/SOX compliance, month-end close, and audit support.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries
• Review accounting transactions
• Prepare account reconciliations
• Analyze accounts
• Support audit preparation
• Ensure US GAAP compliance
• Respond to reporting requests

Requirements

• 3+ years accounting experience
• Accounting degree required, CPA preferred
• Public company/SOX experience a plus
• Strong Excel skills
• Independent work ability
• Strong communication skills
• Netsuite knowledge a plus
