Job Description

Perion is seeking a strategic Senior Manager to lead the development, packaging, and commercialization of their cross-product solutions. This role bridges product marketing and sales enablement, focusing on turning product capabilities into compelling solutions to drive adoption and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Translate product strategy into regional messaging
  • Build and execute GTM plans
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and PMM
  • Serve as PMM partner to the America’s Sales org
  • Support strategic pitches
  • Localize messaging
  • Lead market and competitive research
  • Own win/loss insights
  • Build internal POVs and customer-facing narratives
  • Build and maintain playbooks and case studies
  • Train Sales teams
  • Mentor Solutions Marketing Specialists
  • Promote knowledge-sharing

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, or GTM Strategy
  • Proven partnership with Sales
  • Strong narrative development and strategic thinking
  • Demonstrated strength in market insights
  • Experience in multi-product environments is a plus
  • Strong executive communication skills
  • Google Workspace, Salesforce, Monday.com, Canva, HubSpot, Confluence proficiency
  • Research & insights tools experience
