Job Description

Zynga is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Player Success Organization (PSO) and improve player engagement and relationships with valued players. The role involves data modeling, reporting, investigations, and proactive insights to support VIP outreach strategies and optimize player experience.

Responsibilities

• Improve player experience with data
• Present insights on VIP outreach strategies
• Develop data narratives using visualization tools
• Support Player Support team for customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with game analysts and product managers
• Provide adhoc support to stakeholders

Requirements

• Fluent in SQL
• Intermediate Python experience
• Experience with Tableau
• Experience in CRM or sales analytics is helpful
• Data mining, optimization, experimental design experience
• Strong communication skills
• 2+ years of data analytics/science experience
• BS in quantitative field; Masters preferred
