Zynga is seeking a Director of Product to lead multiple global teams in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex products, driving research strategy, and ensuring data-driven product decisions. The role involves providing direction, mentorship, and oversight to product managers, coordinating across teams, and delivering a clear vision and strategy to drive positive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of complex products
• Write and consult on specs
• Overcome design challenges
• Promote interoperability and scale
• Drive research strategy
• Ensure data-driven product decisions
• Develop insights into customer needs
• Drive team strategy
• Manage and mentor CPM team members
• Provide oversight for junior PMs
• Coordinate Product Managers across products

• Monitor product progression

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience in consumer products
• Ability to build wire-frames and product specifications
• Experience with dynamic applications and multivariate testing
• Leadership and team development skills
• Exceptional data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management skills
• Passion for games
• Outstanding written/oral and organizational skills
• Consumer mobile or game development experience preferred
• Experience with large-scale projects
