Job Description

The VIP Account Manager will focus on retaining and reactivating VIP players in social gaming, developing new VIP customers, and increasing player lifetime value and revenue. This role requires proactive outbound communication and a background in customer service or VIP account management.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and develop relationships with VIP players
  • Serve as a liaison between players and the studio
  • Provide high-level customer service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth
  • Analyze campaign performance statistics
  • Create presentations for engagement and reactivation
  • Drive RFP documentation for VIP-driven features
  • Exceed annual targeted goals

Requirements

  • College degree preferred
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Extensive customer service experience
  • Excellent telephone skills
