Job Description

Zynga is seeking an experienced Director of Product to own projects, drive results, and impact the business performance of large-scale games, specifically for the Harry Potter franchise. This role involves owning the product vision, roadmap, and outcomes for the team, coordinating with licensors and partner teams, and leading execution of large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall vision and strategy
• Primary stakeholder of the end-to-end product lifecycle
• Work with the licensor on approaches that align with brand expectations
• Coordinate game and partner team relationships
• Create new methodologies to drive business value
• Lead execution of large-scale projects
• Ensure product decisions are based on strong analysis
• Inform roadmap through customer engagement
• Assume ownership of outcomes for the entire product team

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management in game development
• Experience in a live-ops environment
• Ability to handle complex design challenges
• Capable of managing expectations and presenting effectively
• Strong management skills
• Passion for games
• Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical abilities
