Zynga is seeking a Product Manager - Monetization to implement monetization strategies and deliver a segmented user experience for their games, specifically Wizard of Oz Slots. The role involves analyzing data, collaborating with game teams, and managing Live Ops events to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement game monetization strategy
• Be accountable for game revenue
• Propose and lead corrective actions for revenue growth
• Collaborate with Product and Game Economy teams
• Design and manage Live Ops events and features
• Plan monetization events and utilize A/B testing
• Configure in-game events and improve Live Operations tools
• Improve data availability and share insights
• Benchmark industry best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in mobile/freemium games (Live Ops, Monetization, Product Management, or data analytics)
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• User-centric and data-driven approach
• Collaborative and self-motivated attitude
• Creative thinking and understanding of player behavior
• Excellent communication skills
