Job Description

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be a technical advisor and subject matter expert in cloud data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery. You will lead the technical strategy and execution for customer opportunities, designing solutions that integrate Domo with modern cloud data ecosystems and collaborating with partner technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in Snowflake, Databricks, and/or BigQuery
• Collaborate with Cloud Data Platform partners
• Architect Domo deployments
• Design and deliver tailored demos and proof-of-concepts
• Bridge the knowledge gap for SEs and AEs
• Serve as a trusted advisor on modern data architecture
• Influence product direction and partner integrations
• Evangelize best practices for analytics workflows
• Support partner enablement and field training

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or solution architecture
• Strong understanding of modern analytics architecture patterns
• Strong SQL fluency
• Experience with data ingestion and transformation pipelines
• Understanding of data governance principles
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Highly driven with execution focus
• Certifications in Snowflake, Databricks, GCP are a plus
• Hands-on experience integrating business intelligence tools with cloud data warehouses/lakehouses
