Job Description

This role leads the strategy and execution of security initiatives to protect Bungie's games, services, and players. The leader will partner with various teams to embed security best practices throughout the development lifecycle, assess risks, and identify security investments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Security Engineering, Security Analyst, and Machine Learning/Data Science teams
• Own technical vision for security architecture
• Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments
• Partner with engineers to embed secure coding standards
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams
• Mentor and grow security teams
• Track emerging threats and oversee research
• Communicate risk and mitigation plans

Requirements

• Experience leading security engineering or application security programs
• Deep knowledge of game security architectures
• Hands-on expertise with attack vectors and secure SDLC
• Strong technical ability in C++, C#, or similar
• Ability to align stakeholders and drive projects
• Excellent communication skills
