TXI is seeking an AI Technical Lead to deliver practical technical solutions that deliver measurable business value to clients. The role bridges the gap between complex technologies and real business needs, acting as a hands-on implementation specialist and a pre-sales technical expert. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the demand team, deliver billable technical solutions, and contribute to the growth of TXI's AI service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software applications that address client problems
• Contribute expertise throughout the client journey
• Partner with clients to identify high-impact opportunities where AI can solve business challenges
• Communicate technical capabilities in clear, business-focused language
• Develop proof-of-concept prototypes and demos
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to responsible AI principles
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies
• Equip the demand team with tools and insights to discuss AI solutions
• Upskill client teams and other TXIers

Requirements

• Experience leading client projects from concept to implementation
• Strong understanding of business problems and quantifying technical solutions
• Problem-solving skills to adapt technical approaches
• Ability to explain complex technical ideas simply
• Strong full-stack engineering background
• Hands-on experience building, deploying, and implementing AI solutions
• Technical proficiency in AI approaches, frameworks, and programming languages
• Experience with AI engineering practices
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles
• Willingness to identify knowledge gaps and research solutions
• Ability to balance sales support responsibilities with billable project delivery
