Job Description

TXI is seeking a Culture & Operations Manager to steward cultural rituals, support internal communications, and partner on organizational initiatives to keep their fully-remote, employee-owned company connected and thriving.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a thought partner and operational support to the Head of People
  • Own and execute cultural rituals
  • Plan and coordinate quarterly all-hands meetings and connection events
  • Manage employee survey administration and synthesis support
  • Support DEIB initiatives
  • Partner with the Head of People on cascading information
  • Maintain high responsiveness in Slack channels
  • Document answers to common questions
  • Support planning and execution of external events
  • Launch and monitor onboarding and offboarding checklists
  • Coordinate with vendors for equipment, swag, and logistics
  • Manage administrative operations
  • Support larger strategic initiatives
  • Project manage smaller organizational initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal practice groups
  • Encourage, facilitate, and evaluate internal experimentation
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen cultural programs

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in people operations, business operations, internal communications, or a related field
  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly responsive and service-oriented mindset
  • Comfort working in ambiguity
  • Collaborative approach
  • Systems thinking and process improvement orientation
  • Experience supporting or working in fully remote organizations
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Notion, Culture Amp
