• Architect and own test plans and qualification strategies
• Design and build automation frameworks and tools using Python
• Drive root cause analysis of test failures
• Identify and close test gaps
• Ensure flawless deployment through interoperability testing and firmware updates

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in systems test strategies
• Demonstrated mastery in test automation with Python
• Deep knowledge of the storage stack
• Strong analytical skills for failure analysis
• Working knowledge of virtualization and storage protocols
• Experience in hardware labs or data centers
