Pure Storage is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing team in their Commercial organization. The role involves guiding pre-sales Systems Engineers who help companies modernize their data strategies with all-flash storage, cloud, and AI-driven data solutions. The ideal candidate will coach technical talent, elevate customer outcomes, and shape the future of data-driven enterprises.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Management experience leading Sales Engineers
• 10+ years experience supporting sales of storage solutions
• Deep understanding of multi-tiered computing solutions
• Experience in setting team strategy to acquire new prospects
• Knowledge of storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, OSD, SAN)
• Knowledge of digital transformation to Cloud Native architecture
• Knowledge of VMWare, networking, and TCP/IP
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills
