Job Description

Lead and scale the benchmarking organization, driving competitive advantage and delivering formal benchmarks across enterprise storage. You will be the strategic owner for industry benchmarks like SPEC, IO500, and MLCommons, acting as the key liaison between engineering, product, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute the global benchmark strategy and submission calendar
• Scale and lead domain-specific pods to implement engineering best practices
• Drive organizational and business impact by partnering with Platform Engineering and Product leaders
• Own compliance, governance, and public messaging
• Convert technical results into market value by collaborating with Technical Marketing
• Work from the Santa Clara office

Requirements

• Extensive experience in storage performance benchmarking
• Proven Program/Product Management leadership
• Direct experience interfacing with external benchmark organizations
• Exceptional communication and storytelling ability
• Strong analytical and data-driven skills
