Job Description

The Performance Programs Manager will own the execution, integrity, and capability building of Pure’s Performance Management system across the global employee population. This role will develop scalable frameworks, drive operational excellence, and ensure organizational efficiency and accountability through a seamless performance management process.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance cycles (goal setting, mid-year check-ins, career conversations, annual reviews)
• Develop and refine performance management methodologies
• Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for the HRIS/Workday Performance Management module
• Lead program logistics and monitor completion rates
• Partner with the Learning & Development team
• Collaborate with the Talent Transformation team
• Work from the Lehi, UT or Santa Clara, CA office

• Guide the development of new performance management policies and frameworks
• Strategic and systems thinking
• Exceptional communication and content design skills
• Consultative change leadership experience
