Pure Storage is seeking a partner enablement professional to drive technical enablement for partners, focusing on training Partner Systems Engineers. This role involves prioritizing requests, developing enablement roadmaps, and ensuring alignment between product, marketing, and partner teams to meet training demands and improve partner technical seller productivity.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a partner technical enablement strategy
• Lead cross-functional alignment for enablement initiatives
• Design and manage technical training journeys
• Coordinate program lifecycle and content updates
• Measure and report program impact
• Drive partner feedback loops
• Utilize project management techniques
• Orchestrate the global Partner SE Bootcamp program
• Represent Partner Technical Enablement in readiness calls
• Champion scalability through documentation

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in partner enablement, technical training, or enterprise technical sales
• Deep understanding of partner ecosystems
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs
• Experience building enablement frameworks
• Strong grasp of LMS/CMS systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset and experience with metrics
• Strong project management discipline
• Experience with Pure Storage solutions or similar technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
