The Principal Recruiter will be the primary recruiting partner for multiple lines of business, focusing on technical talent. This role involves leading strategic talent discussions, translating workforce plans into hiring strategies, and building sustainable talent partnerships. The recruiter will also drive innovation in recruiting practices and ensure ethical and inclusive hiring.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary recruiting partner for senior leaders
• Own end-to-end recruiting for high-impact roles
• Partner with HRBPs and Finance on hiring plans
• Translate workforce plans into recruiting strategies
• Use analytics to inform talent decisions
• Improve recruiting efficiency and candidate experience
• Lead initiatives to innovate recruiting practices
• Ensure fairness and data quality in recruiting
• Mentor TA team members
