Job Description

The Director of Business Operations will lead the evolution of the Global Business Operations for the high-growth Cloud Native Business Unit, Portworx. This role involves defining the Go-to-Market strategy, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and product teams, and optimizing operational excellence to solidify Portworx's market leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize a unified Global GTM strategy
• Drive strategy and sales frameworks based on data insights
• Lead continuous business optimization and process scaling
• Orchestrate annual capacity planning and resource allocation
• Foster alignment with Sales, Marketing, Partner Success, Product, and Operations teams
