Job Description

Pure Storage is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive sales of data storage solutions to NRO customers. This role focuses on new customer acquisition and expanding existing relationships within the Federal sector, requiring a strong understanding of the NRO procurement process and a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities

  • Evangelize all-flash enterprise storage technology
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities
  • Develop compelling value proposition strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Build and invest in customer relationships
  • Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans
  • Manage a healthy sales pipeline
  • Drive and exceed quarterly/annual quotas

Requirements

  • Proven NRO sales track record
  • Knowledge of NRO procurement process
  • Experience with Federal system integrators
  • Ability to sell company story and value proposition
  • Thought leadership and Challenger Mindset
  • Avid hunter with prospecting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a territory effectively
  • Experience leading complex sales processes
  • 5+ years of outside sales experience
  • Consistent quota achievement
