Job Description

The Director, Public Sector Strategy & Operations will lead Pure Storage's growth and operational excellence within the U.S. public sector, defining and executing strategies for federal, state, and local government agencies while ensuring compliance and customer success. This role focuses on cross-functional collaboration to influence product strategy and business expansion.

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize public sector go-to-market strategy
• Ensure regulatory compliance (FEDRAMP, FISMA)
• Influence product and service strategy
• Establish business discipline and reporting

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in public sector technology strategy, operations, or program leadership
• Strong knowledge of government procurement and regulatory frameworks
• Success in building and managing operational programs
• Executive stakeholder management skills
• Outcome-focused problem solving
