Job Description

Pure Storage is seeking an Alliance Partner Specialist to develop the Rubrik business within North America through program management, sales support, enablement, and marketing. This role focuses on growing the data protection business tied to Rubrik, leveraging its strong market position and customer base.

Responsibilities

• Drive Rubrik alliance pipeline and revenue
• Act as a liaison between Rubrik and Pure Storage sales teams
• Communicate Rubrik’s value proposition
• Create and manage programs to include Rubrik in sales activities
• Collaborate with channel, marketing, and sales teams
• Develop relationships with sales teams
• Evaluate investment in pipeline and revenue activities
• Manage sales and pre-sales relationships
• Facilitate joint account team interlocks

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Pure Storage sales or Sales Development
• Proven track record of campaign creation and program management
• Solid understanding of Pure Storage Sales operations
• Experience working with partners
• Strong Salesforce knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong cross-team collaboration skills
