Pure Storage is seeking a ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst (HRSD) to join their newly formed HR Technology, PMO & Analytics organization. This role will focus on owning and optimizing the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform to enable smarter, faster, and more efficient employee experiences. The analyst will partner with various teams to deliver impactful technology and process solutions supporting HR’s transformation journey.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Proven experience leading HR technology projects
• Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow HRSD
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow data structures
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable solutions
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
