Job Description

This role focuses on driving the execution and integrity of product configurations within CPQ systems, ensuring seamless product launches and accurate orderability for the global salesforce. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Product Management to maintain SKU lifecycle accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own execution inside Salesforce CPQ
• Execute and validate SKU configurations
• Represent Product Operations in transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with Product Management on best practices
• Own quality of seller experience in CPQ systems
• Scale live-deal support for SKU issues
• Manage testing environments and deployments

Requirements

• CPQ operations, business systems, or product data management experience
• Hands-on knowledge of CPQ and ERP systems (Salesforce CPQ/Oracle CPQ, SAP/Netsuite)
• Meticulous approach to data validation and testing
• Understanding of product configuration and SKU lifecycle management
• Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate stakeholders
