Job Description

The Director of Product Management will define and execute Pure’s strategy for high-performance, data-centric architectures across FlashArray, FlashBlade, and next-generation platforms, focusing on AI, ML, and data analytics pipelines. This is a strategic role shaping how Pure enables enterprises to scale AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic roadmap for Pure’s AI and Analytics portfolio
• Lead competitive strategy
• Drive product-market fit
• Partner across GTM functions
• Engage with customers and partners
• Define KPIs and financial metrics

Requirements

• Proven mastery of Product Management
• Deep understanding of AI/ML and data analytics ecosystems
• Experience competing against VAST, DDN, Weka, EMC, NetApp, or HPE
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
• Data-driven decision-making skills
• High-energy, self-starter mindset
