Job Description

Pure Storage is seeking a Director of National Partner Sales to lead a team of National Partner Managers, maximizing sales and partnership potential through best practices, training, and pipeline creation. The role involves communication with partners, strategy development, collaboration with marketing, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with National Partner Managers and partners on new product offerings
  • Manage a team of National Partner Managers
  • Create strategies to maximize sell-through of Pure products
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive programs and events
  • Participate in sales meetings and trade shows
  • Conduct contract negotiations
  • Define and execute partner sales plans
  • Drive partner performance through training and support

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience developing and growing National partners
  • Ability to assess and manage a territory
  • Desire to drive change and evangelize new technologies
  • Passion for post-sales customer success
  • Sales management experience leading people leaders
  • Experience developing Reseller and Distributor Channels
  • BA/BA degree in business, marketing, or software engineering
  • Competitive attitude and strong work ethic
