Job Description

Pure Storage is seeking a District Manager for Georgia to build and lead a team of account executives. This role focuses on recruiting, forecasting, team development, territory planning, and channel partner relationships to drive sales and achieve business goals within the region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of Account Executives
  • Hire additional Account Executives
  • Manage team performance related to KPIs
  • Recruit and maintain relationships with channel partners
  • Drive sales call activity
  • Deliver business results including bookings and new logo production
  • Weekly review of pipeline and activities
  • Performance management of the team

Requirements

  • 8+ years of field sales management experience in storage or IT infrastructure
  • Experience selling to IT departments
  • Proven track record of recruitment and associate development
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment
  • Ability to coordinate resources to execute sales strategy
  • Proficiency in CRM and online tools
