Job Description

Pure Storage is seeking a GTM & AI Change Management Leader to accelerate transformation across the demand funnel and customer journey by integrating and enabling AI, machine learning, and other strategic programs into Marketing Operations and GTM processes. This role will design and execute a comprehensive change management and enablement strategy to advance enterprise readiness and employee adoption.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage change management and enablement strategy
• Design and deliver enablement programs and content
• Define and monitor KPIs for adoption and impact
• Integrate AI-powered learning tools
• Champion responsible AI experimentation
• Drive integration of AI tools into workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise, SaaS, or technology
• Experience implementing change management strategies
• Experience driving transformation leveraging AI
• Expertise in organizational change management
• Strong understanding of AI tools and models
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience developing enablement programs
• Proficiency in Google Gemini, Enterprise ChatGPT, Synthesia, Workday Learning
• Strong project management skills
