Job Description

Pure Storage is seeking an experienced HR Technology Project Manager to join their newly formed HR Technology, PMO, and Analytics organization. This role will lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver scalable, integrated technology solutions for the global HR organization, working in a hub-and-spoke model with functional HR teams. The Project Manager will be responsible for project execution from initiation to adoption, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and effective stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HR technology projects from concept to completion
• Partner with BSAs to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Collaborate with Program Managers and Analysts to align project plans
• Manage project governance and stakeholder updates
• Coordinate cross-functional teams
• Implement project management best practices
• Support change management and adoption planning
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing HR technology or enterprise system projects
• Proven track record leading multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with HR, IT, and vendor teams
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
• PMP, Agile/Scrum, or Scaled Agile certification
