Pure Storage is seeking a Hardware Engineer to join their Hardware Development team, focusing on the design, validation, and qualification of cutting-edge storage subsystems. The role involves collaboration with various teams to bring innovative solutions to market, owning projects from concept to production, and ensuring quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the entire hardware product development lifecycle
• Define and implement hardware validation and qualification tests
• Partner with cross-functional teams for failure analysis
• Develop processes for quality-by-design
• Design and execute server stress tests

Requirements

• Strong background in hardware design and x86 architectures
• Proven ability to qualify x86 hardware
• Experience with Linux and scripting languages (Python, BASH)
• Experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, bus analyzers)
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively
