Pure Storage is seeking an energetic and motivated leader to manage their Order Management team, responsible for the successful execution of the sales order-to-cash process. The Manager will drive performance, mentor team members, and champion continuous improvement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Order Processing Specialists
• Develop and utilize KPIs to track team performance
• Act as an escalation point for order issues
• Mentor and develop team members
• Champion continuous improvement
• Align with go-to-market models
• Manage resources during peak periods

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience
• 5+ years of experience in order management, finance operations, or supply chain
• Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, Netsuite, SAP)
• Adaptability and execution skills
• Collaborative communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
