Job Description

Pure Storage is seeking a Principal, Enterprise Risk Management to build and lead their dedicated ERM capability. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and extending the ERM function, providing insights to support the company's growth by partnering with senior leadership to develop enterprise-wide risk frameworks, assessments, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and Implement ERM Program
• Drive Enterprise-Wide Risk Identification and Mitigation
• Lead Risk Reporting and Communication
• Embed a Risk-Aware Culture

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to design and execute ERM frameworks
• Expertise in developing and monitoring KRIs and risk registers
• Familiarity with ERM standards like COSO ERM or ISO 31000
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
