Job Description

The Process Excellence Manager will drive transformational improvement across global AR, Credit, Collections, and Cash Application processes. This role focuses on leveraging automation, optimization, and innovative design to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and working capital performance, partnering with operational leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of end-to-end process enhancements
• Drive continuous process optimization using Lean Six Sigma
• Spearhead automation and AI tools for cash application
• Act as a project manager for AR&C projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to redesign processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of operational experience in AR, Credit, and Cash Application
• Expertise in cash application automation
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or equivalent
• Strong project management skills and ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent)
