Job Description

This role focuses on driving global process transformation in Invoicing and Revenue Accounting, optimizing and automating processes to support a hybrid business model. The position involves leading change, implementing scalable solutions, and leveraging AI and RPA technologies to achieve process excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformative change in Invoicing and Revenue Accounting processes
• Design and implement end-to-end process enhancements
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine policies and workflows
• Drive adoption of AI and RPA tools
• Act as a project manager for ERP and Contract Lifecycle Management implementations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Billing, Revenue Operations, or Revenue Accounting
• Proven success in driving automation and process transformation
• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement experience
• Expertise in Business Process Management and project management
• Strong working knowledge of ERP and billing systems
