Job Description

This role is a global leadership position focused on transforming end-to-end Order Management processes. The manager will drive automation, optimization, and structural improvements across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle, partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to build scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision for scalable OM processes
• Drive transformation and automation using Lean Six Sigma
• Own and evolve the global OM service catalog
• Influence and coach the Order Management team
• Measure and report process health metrics
• Partner with IT teams on system enhancements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Order Management or Process Optimization
• Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification (Green Belt or higher preferred)
• Strong experience with BPM and ERP/CRM systems
• Ability to lead through influence and drive large-scale transformation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
