Job Description

This role focuses on Product Configuration Management, ensuring seamless product lifecycle and configuration integrity across hardware, software, and manufacturing processes. The analyst will serve as a key link between Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, championing PLM system adoption and enforcing data governance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern configuration control standards for product Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Lead the end-to-end Engineering Change Management (ECM) process
• Optimize the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data audits and analysis

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of configuration management in a technical environment
• Proficiency with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
• Hands-on experience managing Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Cross-functional leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset and process optimization skills
