Job Description

The Product Engineer, NPI will be the technical bridge between R&D and manufacturing for next-generation storage platforms, ensuring designs are manufacturable, testable, and scalable. This role involves proactive risk mitigation, process streamlining, and BOM management to deliver high-quality flash storage systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide DFM/DFT feedback to R&D
• Identify and mitigate technical risks
• Streamline prototype bring-up and refine processes
• Manage system BOM within PLM system
• Ensure configuration accuracy and change control

Requirements

• Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field experience
• Hands-on experience with hardware systems
• NAND/PCIe/NVMe protocol expertise
• PCB design and SMT process proficiency
• PLM/ERP system experience (Agile PLM/NetSuite)
• Analytical skills for manufacturing improvement
