This role leads the integration of Artificial Intelligence into the Internal Audit function, focusing on workforce training, data analytics, and system implementation. The individual will drive AI adoption, build data analytics engines, deliver training programs, and provide technology risk assurance. It's a high-visibility individual contributor role with a direct impact on the organization.

Responsibilities

• Integrate AI across Internal Audit with responsible-AI guardrails
• Build and scale Internal Audit’s data analytics engine
• Design and deliver AI enablement training programs
• Provide system implementation and technology risk assurance
• Lead data migration validation efforts

Requirements

• Deep proficiency in Applied AI (Gemini, ChatGPT)
• Expert Data Analytics & Automation (SQL, Python, Tableau, Snowflake)
• Technology Risk and Assurance Depth (ITGC, cloud, data governance)
• Strategic Enablement & Influence (technical training, stakeholder management)
