Pure Storage is seeking an Agile Technical Program Manager to drive the implementation and management of their Partner Program and support CPQ projects. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for agile program management to ensure efficient delivery, collaboration, and transformation of key initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Partner Program planning and execution, including EDI initiatives
• Lead CPQ project planning and execution
• Optimize project resource management
• Ensure deliverable quality and implement best practices
• Navigate challenges and drive innovation
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations
• Develop and implement change management strategies
• Lead and empower project teams
• Develop and execute an analytics strategy
• Apply Agile principles as a Scrum Master

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• 8+ years of program/project management experience
• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, with 3+ years in Partner Programs and 3+ years in CPQ
• Experience with Agile methodologies and as a Scrum Master
• Hands-on experience with complex projects and cloud technologies
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Team player with leadership qualities
