Job Description

Pure Storage is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to support the WW Sales Operations team and the VP of Global Sales for the Portworx business. This role involves providing strategic support, managing sales processes, tracking performance, and partnering with various teams to scale operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations support to PX VP, District Managers, and field sales teams
• Assist in running business cadences for PX Sales (forecasting, pipeline management, metrics)
• Project manage sales planning for Portworx (coverage, compensation, incentives)
• Track and measure sales performance
• Partner with deal monetization team on SFDC enhancements
• Partner with BI team on PX dashboard creation

Requirements

• Professional experience in Sales Operations
• Strong understanding of sales functions and processes
• Ability to work independently
• Experience driving complex projects
• Proven ability to build relationships
