Job Description

Pure Storage is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to shape and deliver solutions for Sales, Pricing, Renewal, and Subscription operations. This role involves designing scalable systems, analyzing business requirements, and partnering with stakeholders to align business objectives with technology execution within the CPQ and Pricing Services ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable systems for Pricing Management, Optimization, and CPQ
• Analyze and document business requirements into functional designs
• Partner with Sales, Monetization, and Product Management to define and execute roadmaps
• Build rapport and drive alignment across teams
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong functional background in CPQ platforms, Pricing Strategy, and Operations
• Understanding of Pricing Optimization, discounting models, and Analytics
• Ability to bridge business needs and technology
• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst
• Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• On-site work requirement 5 days a week
