Job Description

Pure Storage is seeking a Senior Firmware Engineer to design and develop firmware for their DirectFlash™ SSD Modules. This role involves collaborating with hardware and software teams to create high-performance, resilient storage solutions and leading the bring-up and integration of new hardware components.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test firmware for DirectFlash™ SSD Modules
• Lead hardware bring-up and integration
• Investigate and debug firmware and hardware issues
• Automate development workflows with continuous integration and testing

Requirements

• Firmware development experience for embedded systems
• Proficiency in C/C++ and scripting languages like Python
• Experience with microcontrollers and hardware bring-up
• Ability to debug complex issues and develop failure analysis tools
