Job Description

The Senior Manager of Finance Reporting Strategy is responsible for defining and executing the enterprise-wide reporting vision for Finance. This role will drive the strategic roadmap, architecture, and operating model for financial reporting across ERP, EPM, and data platforms, ensuring accuracy, governance, automation, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Develop finance reporting strategy and roadmap
• Define reporting standards and data governance
• Design reporting data models and integration standards
• Lead KPI framework and data lineage development
• Ensure SOX and compliance alignment
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of reporting products
• Drive automation and reduce manual reporting
• Establish data quality SLAs and governance forums
• Partner with finance leadership to understand analytical needs
• Support change management and training

Requirements

• 10+ years in Finance Reporting, Data & Analytics, or Finance Systems
• Deep knowledge of ERP reporting (SAP preferred)
• Strong SQL and data modeling background
• Experience implementing reporting in multi-system environments
• Strong understanding of financial processes
• Executive communication and stakeholder influence skills
