Pure Storage is seeking a highly motivated Senior Quality Engineer to contribute to innovative product ideas within massive-scale storage environments. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality software delivery through hands-on testing, test automation, and developing testable software methodologies, collaborating with peers and stakeholders to achieve comprehensive test coverage.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing automated tests
• Creating and maintaining automated test sets
• Collaborating with peers to identify requirements
• Working with Support to replicate customer issues
• Identifying and documenting defects
• Proactively identifying test gaps and analyzing root causes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software system testing
• Proficient in System testing with end-to-end Automation
• Hands-on experience with Python, Go, Java, Kotlin
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker
• Familiarity with VMware, Disaster recovery, and Data protection
• Familiarity with SAN or NAS systems
• Ability to deploy and maintain test environments
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
