Job Description

Pure Storage is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the development of application and data recovery solutions, focusing on disaster recovery, cyber recovery, and business continuity. This role involves shaping product strategy, defining technical requirements, and collaborating with customers and engineering teams to deliver resilient solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive product roadmap for application and data recovery
• Define and validate product performance based on RTO and RPO
• Collaborate with engineering to optimize recovery workflows
• Translate customer use cases into technical requirements
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback
• Produce technical deliverables (PRDs, diagrams, etc.)
• Act as a technical representative in internal/external forums
• Navigate customer incidents and drive resolution
• Engage with enterprise IT to understand recovery needs
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, solutions architecture, or engineering
• Solid technical understanding of storage infrastructure
• Skilled in systems thinking
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to present to technical and executive audiences
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Proactive and eager to learn
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field
