Job Description

This leadership role drives the Manufacturing Test Strategy, Development, and Scale for Pure’s Server and Storage products. The role involves leading a team of Test Development Engineers, charting the technology roadmap, and partnering with Operations and Design Engineering teams to deliver end-to-end test solutions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute manufacturing test strategy
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Test Engineers
• Drive the definition, planning, and scaling of test solutions
• Oversee technical aspects of test development and automation
• Define and track key metrics for factory and field quality

Requirements

• Experience leading and managing engineering teams
• Expertise in Manufacturing Test Development
• Deep knowledge of Servers and Storage Product architecture
• Ability to lead and collaborate across organizations
