Pure Storage is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the growth of their file storage portfolio, focusing on mission-critical workloads for enterprises. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong technical background and business acumen to define product vision, drive execution, and collaborate with various teams to deliver a winning go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

• Create and articulate product vision and strategy
• Drive execution of strategy for business growth
• Assess competitive and market landscape
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams
• Prioritize enhancements and shape product roadmap
• Gather customer feedback and conduct market analysis
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team
• Act as a spokesperson and evangelist for the company

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience
• Strong knowledge of file storage, NFS & SMB protocols
• Solid understanding of NAS vendors and ecosystem
• Critical problem-solving abilities
• Proven track record of vision, strategy, and execution
• Deep technical understanding of enterprise storage
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
