Pure Storage is seeking a high-performing Director of Business Development to drive go-to-market execution for their AI product line. This role focuses on connecting sales, channels, systems engineering, and partners to ensure AI portfolio success, requiring expertise in selling enterprise data, analytics, and AI solutions to Fortune 2000 customers.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales teams to serve as AI advisor
  • Provide domain expertise in AI sales cycles
  • Develop sales playbooks and use cases
  • Build and strengthen partner relationships
  • Co-develop go-to-market initiatives with partners
  • Evangelize Pure’s AI strategy

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development
  • Experience selling data, analytics, and AI solutions to Fortune 2000 companies
  • Strong background in direct and channel sales
  • Proven success selling software and SaaS solutions
  • Consistent record of exceeding quota
  • Startup experience preferred
  • Strong executive presence
  • Ability to build partner relationships
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Deep understanding of enterprise AI use cases
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
