Pure Storage is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead engineering and cross-functional teams in building and deploying services for the FlashArray team. This role involves driving program objectives, identifying process improvements, managing software releases, and ensuring successful delivery to customers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager
• MS in computer science, MBA or engineering management preferred
• Experience managing SW releases
• Expertise in SDLC management
• Solid project and technical judgment
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Outstanding communication skills
